Washburn’s Metal Bus Deluxe Trim Installation Three Piece Tool Kit

Looking for an easier way to tackle installing deluxe trim on your split window? Save some time and cut the guesswork out of it by using our Deluxe Trim Install Kit. This three piece kit includes a trim center line block that locates centerline using the bottom of the belt line. Placing the block against the belt line as shown in the photos gives you an accurate center line. Using a pencil you can easily mark this line to make sure your trim is centered. 

After you’ve marked center line you can now hold your trim up to the vehicle, locate side to side position and mark your vertical lines making an + mark to indicate your drill locations. When ready to drill install our Drill Pad onto your bit. Whether you have the trim in position with a couple screws and want to drill through the remaining spots while its on the bus, or your bus has nice paint the drill pad can help make sure nothing is harmed. Without using the drill pad you run the risk of bottoming out the drill chuck into the trim or paint on your bus. After all the holes are drilled and the trim is installed onto the bus now its time to install the deluxe center insert using the Insert Install tool.

The tool is easy to grip and has two different style ends, one for dragging along the bottom and one to push the insert in as you go.
